Shipping:

At Navl, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reliable delivery of your purchases. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related matters.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIME

We offer two options for domesting shipping:

  • Economy (5 - 8 business days): $8.99
  • Express (1-2 business days): $21.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only offer shipping within the US. As a new business, we are working toward expanding internationally and hope to be able to offer international shipping soon!

PROCESSING

Our pieces are created on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is received, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing as your piece is being crafted. Once complete, we will ship your order immediately.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at customerservice@shopnavl.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservice@shopnavl.com with photos of the damage.

 

Returns and exchanges:

At Navl, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at customerservice@shopnavl.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to help ensure products are delivered safely.

REFUNDS

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@shopnavl.com.

EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at customerservice@shopnavl.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Process: Once your exchange request is approved, send your item to:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process the exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@shopnavl.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
